SUNDAY SCHOOL 2022-2023
Sunday School is Back!
Register your child(ren) ages 3 years through 5th grade now! YES, 3 year old Sunday School is back!!
Together we will:
- Learn many lessons from the Old Testament (Gensis to Jonah), lessons about Jesus’ birth and ministry, and lessons from the New Testament (Jesus’ teachings, death, and resurrection)
- 3 year old class Is back! Our young members will be introduced to Sunday School through a themed play approach including stories, music, crafts, and play time!
- All other kids will take part in a variety of activities including stories, crafts, games, music, discussions, and so much more!
Sunday School meets every Sunday during Education Hour (9:15-10:15AM) in the Sunday School classrooms.
Kids meet in smaller groups with other kids their own age and engage in lessons created specifically for their grade level. Lessons begin on Sunday, September 18th.
VOLUNTEERS MATTER!! YOU MATTER!! OUR KIDS MATTER!!
To make Sunday School happen for the kids of Ascension and their friends, MANY VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!
There are many volunteer opporutnities available with varying time committments. You do not need to have children in Sunday School to volunteer and make a difference in the children's lives of your Ascension family.

Parents, the volunteer form is also available in the online and printed registration form. There is no need to complete this printable volunteer form if you complete the information on the registration form.
JOIN US for Rally Day on September 11th AT 9:15AM!
We have a lot of fun activitie planned for the kids and a Rally Day Picnic following the 10:30 worship service!!
