RAINFOREST FALLS - Exploring the Nature of God
At Rainforest Falls, kids explore the nature of God! Rainforest Falls is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! Hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life—something we call God Sightings®. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot!
Our VBS week is open to Kids ages 3 and potty-trained through entering
5th grade in fall 2026. We invite you explore the details below.

About VBS & VBS Day Camp
VBS:
WHO: Kids ages 3 yrs. and potty-trained through 5th grade*
WHEN: NOTE TIME CHANGES THIS YEAR
Sun, July 26 - VBS Kick Off • 5:00-7:00PM
Mon - Thurs, July 27-30 • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
WHAT: A week of crafts, games, snacks, and videos based on intriguing Bible stories, all designed to engage kids in the most important friendship of their lives-friendship with God.
Sunday Evening Kick Off will include a cookout and fellowship for VBS kids, their families and volunteers. We'll have registration and t-shirt pickup, and volunteer training.
* Ages based on the last completed grade in the 2025-2026 school year.

COST:
- $40 per child for the week
- $95 max per family

Volunteer Opportunities:
To create the best possible experience for our kids at VBS Week, we need your help! You can help in small or large ways…by giving us a little of your time or a lot. Please prayerfully consider how you might best be able to help our Ascension youth to grow in Christ through VBS this summer!
- VBS Volunteers can be older youth (entering 6th grade and up) or Adults. (Complete either the Youth or Adult Volunteer form)
- Volunteers can help for 1, 2, 3, or all days.
- Volunteer Perks! Free nursery available for volunteer staff's children 0-2 years, plus the opportunity to connect with and make a difference to our youth at Ascension!
- Can’t help out DURING VBS? No problem! We’ve got lots of prep work for you to help with! We need help with contacting families, manning the registration table, supply gathering, decorating, making copies, getting materials ready for projects, and much more!

- Payments (cash or check) and forms can be dropped off in the church office (please use the blue envelope provided) OR mailed to Ascension at 2911 Libal Street, GB, WI 54301.
